Russian spy chief says Ukraine was directly involved in Moscow concert hall attack

Ukrainian military intelligence was directly involved in a deadly attack on a concert hall near Moscow, resulting in over 140 deaths, according to Alexander Bortnikov, the head of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB). This was reported by TASS on Friday.
Russia has previously made similar allegations, but Bortnikov did not provide evidence to support his claim.
"The investigation is ongoing, but it is already safe to say that Ukrainian military intelligence is directly involved in this attack," Bortnikov was quoted as saying by the state news agency.
Islamic State claimed responsibility for the concert hall massacre in March, and U.S. officials indicated they had intelligence suggesting it was carried out by the group's Afghan branch, Islamic State Khorasan. Ukraine has consistently denied any involvement in the attack.
According to TASS, Bortnikov stated that Islamic State Khorasan had a role in coordinating the attackers' actions, while Ukrainian military intelligence also played a direct role.
